Our brief here was to transform a dated 3 bed, 2 storeys Fishermans terraced cottage into a stunning 4 bedroom, 4 storey home exposing the original features and creating a luxury family holiday property. Sitting close to Porthmeor beach in St Ives we furnished in a Scandi-style with open-plan living with a light and airy feel, tastefully decorated with pops of colour making this a fabulous place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

The space was extremely small so we had a lot of challenges, building into the basement and the roof, but we turned this property around into the beautiful, useable space it is now!
